| Don is Edgile's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Practice Director. He focuses on security as an enabler of business and is an authority on Access Technologies and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). Previously, Don was a Partner at Deloitte & Touche, where he ran a 150 person practice focused on Security Services. |
| Don understands the broad set of activities it takes to make an enterprise secure, from technology and process, to organization and governance. His experience has focused on Enterprise Security Strategies, Organizations, and Governance. Don has performed these services for a wide range of organizations including Visa, Microsoft, American Express and E*Trade. |

| Roin is Chief Operations Officer at Edgile. His areas of expertise include more than 22 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Planning and Deployment, Financial Planning and Management, Business Systems Design, Implementation and Management, Strategic Planning, Quality Assurance Program Design and Implementation, Performance and Operations Auditing. |
| Roin is a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force Reserve and holds a Top Secret, CSI Clearance. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). |

Dean Fantham |
| Dean is Edgile's Chief Technology Officer (CTO). He is an experienced network and systems technologist who has developed and managed complex architecture and system development projects for both Edgile and its clients. |
| Prior to joining Edgile, Dean was a Senior Architect and Manager at Deloitte & Touche, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing technology projects. He has extensive experience as an architect and developer having managed, designed, secured, and deployed infrastructures, and internet applications and services. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). |

David Deckter |
| David serves as Edgile’s partner in charge of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions. He leads the practice in developing risk and compliance programs, governance models, and solutions designed to reduce the cost and complexity of their programs. Prior to joining Edgile, David was a Senior Manager at Deloitte and served many of Deloitte’s largest and most complex clients globally for over 12 years. With this experience, David brings to his clients a background of security and privacy, operational risk management (ORM), enterprise risk management (ERM), audit and IT management. David is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and an Information System Security Management Professional (ISSMP). |

Abbas Rangwala |
| Abbas is Edgile’s Partner and NorCal Practice Leader. He brings more than 20 years of industry experience in IT strategy, planning, design, operations, as well as professional consulting. His practical experience, complemented by his academic background, helps him deliver practical, cost-effective, yet innovative IT solutions to clients. |
| Abbas’ experience spans high-tech, finance, publishing and telecommunications segments, serving clients such as Visa, AT&T, Sun Microsystems, and American Express. He was manager at Deloitte Consulting focusing on CIO Advisory Services prior to joining Edgile. Abbas holds M.B.A. in Economics and Marketing; MS in Management Information Systems; and BS in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering. |

Lyle Carlson |
Lyle is Edgile’s Managing Partner for the Midwest Region as well as the National
Identity & Access Management (IAM) Practice Leader. He has over 20 years of strategy and implementation consulting experience in the U.S. and Europe. Previously, Lyle was with Accenture in their EMEAI Technology Services Practice as well as with Deloitte in their Enterprise Risk Services Practice. |
| Lyle’s experience spans all industry groups, serving a diverse client base such as Microsoft, E*trade, Sallie Mae, Cardinal Health, Ralph Lauren, Deutsche Bahn, Siemens and Visa. Lyle holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). |

Ron Downing |
| Ron serves as Edgile’s Managing Director for the Southwest Region. He has more than 35 years experience in global IT Infrastructure Management. Previously, he was a former Corporate Vice President of Infrastructure for Warner Bros., managing the company’s global infrastructure in 34 countries. In this capacity, he was responsible for 50+ large projects annually, many of which were multi-million dollar efforts. |
| He also served as Senior Vice President of Distributed Processing for Visa International, responsible for a global network that processed 100’s of million transactions per day. While at Visa, he actively served as member of the strategy team re-architecting Visa’s information systems. |
