the design, selection, implementation and management of the company’s IT initiatives. Edgile teamed with key representatives of each of the business units to ensure enterprise-wide participation in the policy and procedure setting process. |
Edgile also worked with a number of standards and industry groups to gather industry
best practices, research trends and develop new policies. These new policies needed
to take into account the unique characteristics of the client and specific regulatory requirements of the financial industry. With the support of the regional representatives, enterprise wide adoption of the new policies was quickly obtained. |
